SRS stands for "Supplemental Restraints System", and when this light is illuminated, that means there is a problem with one of the airbags, sensors, computer, or any part of the wiring. It could also illuminate because of a faulty seat belt, seat belt buckle assembly, or passenger sensor.. or again any part of the wiring.
Keep in mind that while this light is lit, the Air Bags will NOT deploy if needed during an accident.
There are literally hundreds (if not thousands) or possible causes, so you need to have your vehicle professionally diagnosed and repaired by a technician familiar with these systems on your Honda who has equipment that can properly interface with its SRS system (most likely a Honda dealership).
