Honda prelude 1992 2.2 si NON VTEC/NON

Honda prelude 1992 2.2 si NON VTEC/NON CHIPPED (jap import) but k&n air in take and custom twin exhaust fitted with less than 70k mileage running rough...

First place i take it to, believes it a blocked injector - but are not 100% sure).
*unable to run a dianostic test via the ECU.

Take it else where, to get a second opinon.. they say the same but still not convinced they're correct, BECAUSE to me it's running rich and feels like it's lacking the correct fuel pressure and takes a moment or so whilst driving to run right).
*again they were unable to provide a dianostic test.

When i take it to a main Honda dealer.. for some unknow reason again unable to provide a full dianostic test, but said the car is running with in the proamittter's - advised me they don't believe it's my injector's/dissy cap/head/leads but even they not 100% sure what's wrong? (i think they liked the twin exhaust too much?? - as they kept rev'ng the car for almost an hour... while i sat in the show room waiting on an answer).

Please assist by any suggestion's on what might be wrong and where i should start look.

My own first thought's are it's as simple as a fuel fitter blocked,

OR problem with fuel pump *eletrical or on it's way out,

OR a blocked fuel line,

OR faulty fuel regulator???? -

Or EVEN a eletrical fault SOMEWHERE??.

I would be very gratefull for any help or assistance recieved.
