1986 prelude 1.8L, carburated, has no spark. replaced the following: ignitor, cap, rotor, coil, plug wires check ground under thermostat checked, timing is good.

Already Tried:
replaced coil,rotor,cap,ignitor and verified clearance in distributor.

No. I am holding the coil wire just off the coil and I tried a new spark plug grounded to the engine. I also tried holding the plug wire just off the plug and holding the plug wire just off the block. I tested the resistance of the coil and it was within spec from the haynes manual, The only test for the ignitor was to ensure there was continuity going one way only. I have 12VDC with key on @ coil+ side I also have 12VDC @ ignitor inside distributor. The coil voltage is constant while cranking. I replaced the radio capacitor with a junk yard one.

I tried the test light and it does not flash the ignitor was replaced before along with the coil. could the magnet be weak. Maybe I got a bad ignitor will try a new one and let you know

It sounds like the ignitor you got is faulty. I know the dealership charges more for them but the quality is so much better if you get an OEM replacement ignitor. Aftermarket units tend to cause many problems down the road.
