Hi,
Your problem is caused by carbon build up in the EGR ports causing a restriction(loss of flow). This can be prevented by having fuel injection carbon clean services perfromed every 30,000 miles, I like the BG chemical services. To repair your situation you will need to manually clean each port and clear the restrictions for proper flow. There is a Honda bulletin on this. Honda sells a port plug kit which will be required as you must remove the old plugs to access the ports. The part # is P/N 171 99-PT3-AHM, H/C 6078596
