I own a Honda Passport 99. I.m having trouble starting it. Two places have checked out started, fuel pump, alternator, a full computer diagnosis has been done twice. The relay has been changed, battery also, the idle control valve is also new, EGR has been cleaned as well as intake runners, upper intake manifold has been replaced an apparently system is just fine upon the charging system test performed. Please, prior to take it to the dealer, any suggestion of other possible cause? Once the car is running its performance is normal... I do appreciate your answer. Thanks!!!
