I have a 1998 Honda Passport Automatic and 4wd. The owners manual states I have to disconnect both the drive shaft from crank case to transmission and remove the back drive shaft from the rear differential.
Is there anyway I can tow this vehicle as a dingy 4 wheels on ground behind my RV without disconnecting these two drive shafts ? ( such as adding a transmission pump or something.

a pump would be a good idea but isn't really practical. Honda states that they can be towed but must be driven at least every 300 miles to lubricate internal components. but in all honesty I have seen many Honda trans literally melted down from towing with wheels on the ground. And in most cases the owners state they did drive it to circulate lube. I honestly wouldn't recomend flat towing this car

Well that really didn't help much. You said adding the pump would not be practical but would it allow this vehicle to be towed?
