My Honda Insight experienced a major elecxtrical fault

My Honda Insight experienced a major elecxtrical fault when I went to put it in park last night. Now the electric locks don't work, the cabin light gets dimmer and brighter, the dash lights come on partially or not at all, it won't start or turn over and I cannot get it out of park to tow it. The battery appears to be ok. Any ideas?
