for about a minut as you are backing up. there is only about 5800 km on it

I'd take it to your local dealer and have the rear brakes inspected then. I doubt it's anything bad but it should be looked at. It could just be a rock stuck behind the dust sheild or something. I doubt the brakes are thin or anything. Let me know if you need more help.
