how do i adjust the fan belt on a 1995 honda passport

We have recently replaced the head gaskets on a 1995 honda passport. We are currently re-assembling the engine. There is a belt with a tension roller attached to it. We need to know how to apply more pressure to this roller in order to tighten this belt
