how do I tighten my front seat down to the floor ...

how do I tighten my front seat down to the floor board on my 2006 honda element. it has come loose and rocks.

Hello Customer (name blocked for privacy) welcome to JA I'm Chris

You need to move the seat all the way rear ward and you will see 2 bolts that hold the seat frame to the floor. You then need to move the seat forward and you will see the smae for the rear. You need to tighten these bolts down. They may have trim pieces that covver the bolts. these trim poeces just pop off.
