My question is kind of long. Okay, when I last drove my Honda, (when it was still working) it began to spurt, and seemed to lose fuel/power. I would have to give it gas, then shift up in gear as high as possible, before it would spurt again. It made it home, but would not start since then. My Honda is a 1985 Honda CRX: si edition. We have a new distrubutor, new fuel pump, new spark plugs, new ditributor chip, new distributor rotor, and new distributor cap. Now, when I try to fire up the car, I have spurts of sound coming from the muffler, as if it wants to start. It does not crank all the way over. I have heard people say that it may be my timing, or it may be another fuel problem, such as injectors. PLEASE HELP!!! I have sent my car to numorous car repair shops, almost all honda certafied, and I've had little difference!
