i have a 2000 acura tl and when i'm driving on the highway at 65 to 70mph and have to slow down and brake to get off a exit my steering wheel shakes out of control and it feels like its coming from the front of the car. i recently changed front and back brakes within a 2 year time.

It sounds like your front brake rotors are warped. This usually happens because the wheels were not properly tightened (torqued) when they were installed. This can also happen if you have a panic stop. The only way to fit the vibration is either have the rotors themselves machined straight or replace the rotors completely. I would normally machine the rotors if there is still enough thickness in the rotor to machine them.
