I have a 93 del sol that when I turn the key on there ...

I have a 93 del sol that when I turn the key on there is a five to 10 minute delay before the engine light goes out,the fuel pump turns on and the engine will start. I have cleaned the battery cables and replaced the main relay and niether has fixed the problem. Thanks,Dave

The ECU is faulty and is hanging up. If you replace it the problem will go away. I'd buy it used to save some money, here's a decent source for used Honda parts,
