My mom has a 2004 CRV. She has had the car in the shop several times for a problem with the transmission. It appears to slip gears. When you go to stop, the car appears to be looking for another gear...it is not a smooth stop. The shop has replaced the throttle body and adjusted the sensors. Do you have any suggestions. She does not feel safe driving it, but Richmond Honda does not seem to be taking her complaint seriously. They drove in the car with her and readily felt what she was describing.
Thank you for your help.

Ok the problem is the transmission and it does need to be replaced before it fails completely either stranding the driver or causing an accident, bring it to another honda dealer for the correct diagnosis or contact american honda and have a rep meet you at the dealer to drive the car im sure then the transmission will be replaced and fixed once and for all
