I have a Honda Civic 2007, I have new winter tires and

I have a Honda Civic 2007, I have new winter tires and have been dring Canadian winters for 30 years. This car fish tails and handles extremely poorly compared to all NA and European cars (Sebring, Jetta, Caravan, Cavalier, Passat) I have driven. Any ideas?
